A leading e-commerce company in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Investor Relations Manager. You'll enhance the Group’s financial position through effective investor management and communication. Responsibilities include preparing quarterly reports, drafting annual report sections, and managing corporate website content. We’re looking for an experienced Investor Relations Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in enhancing and protecting the Group’s external financial position and reputation through effective investor management and corporate communications.
You’ll be the trusted expert ensuring the financial community -from shareholders and bondholders to banks and rating agencies -has a clear, consistent view of our performance. You’ll work closely with our External Communications Manager to effectively manage the Group’s reputation across a wide range of external stakeholders. This is a high-impact role with real influence and plenty of opportunity to grow.

You can expect a two-stage interview process for this position:
1st stage - An informal 45 minute video call with the hiring team to discuss your skills and relevant experience. This is a great opportunity to find out more about the role and to ask any questions you may have.
2nd stage - A one-hour formal task based interview. This will be held in-person at our Liverpool office.
