Job description

As an Investment Surveyor, you'll take responsibility for the effective delivery of investment works across our property portfolio. From surveying and specifying works, to managing contractors and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, you'll ensure our homes remain safe, sustainable and of the highest quality for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Undertake property inspections and produce detailed schedules of work.
  • Manage planned and cyclical investment programmes.
  • Oversee contractors to ensure quality, value for money and timely delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, statutory regulations and Trident Group's standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, residents and partners to achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications
  • A recognised qualification in building surveying, construction or equivalent experience.
