This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly motivated to work in a dynamic team and to contribute to our Investment Banking business.
The J.P Morgan Technology team is composed of a team of professionals with very strong client relationships across a broad range of leading companies in a wide range of Technology verticals, including Software, Internet and Fintech verticals among others.
As an Associate within the Investment banking Technology team, you will be a pivotal player in the origination and execution of investment banking mandates across all major product areas. Your responsibilities include participating in the "full cycle" of transactional execution including preparing marketing pitches, reviewing and formulating financial analysis, preparing and presenting internal committee memoranda and client presentations for use in M&A, public or private capital markets transactions and strategic dialogue.
