Qualifikationen

• Experience in a high‑pressure customer‑facing role with sales targets
• Customer-centric and self‑starter who can build relationships face‑to‑face and via phone/email
• Ability to develop business and manage multiple accounts

Aufgaben

• Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets
• Provide excellent sales service over the phone, in-branch or via email
• Be the first point of contact for key accounts and grow your client portfolio
• Understand client requirements, build rapport and extend relationships
• Support the wider branch team at the Trade Counter and warehouse to ensure on-time orders
