Job summary

Rexel UK is recruiting an Internal Sales professional for our Harlow branch. You will manage key customer accounts and proactively develop new business to hit branch targets, delivering an outstanding sales service by phone, in person, and via email.

You’ll be the first point of contact for major accounts, building rapport and expanding your client portfolio while supporting the wider branch team to ensure on-time order fulfilment and excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage an existing portfolio of customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets
• Provide excellent customer service over the phone, in branch and via email to drive loyalty
• Support the wider branch team including trade counter and warehouse activities to ensure orders are completed on time
• Be the first point of contact for key accounts and understand client requirements to grow the portfolio
