Rexel UK is seeking an Internal Sales Person for our Birmingham branch to manage existing customer accounts and actively develop new business to meet branch targets.

You will deliver excellent customer service to key customers by phone, in-branch or via email, building relationships and growing a profitable client portfolio. This role offers a hands-on, collaborative environment with learning opportunities and clear career progression.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets.
• Provide sales service to key customers by phone, in branch or via email to drive loyalty.
• Develop and grow a portfolio of current customers and proactively target new profitable accounts.
• Support the wider branch team, serving on the Trade Counter and assisting with picking/packing to ensure orders are fulfilled.
