Rexel UK in Ilkeston is seeking an Internal Sales Person to manage existing customer accounts and develop new business, driving branch targets with excellent sales service. You will engage with customers by phone, in branch, and by email to foster loyalty and growth.

Responsabilidades

• Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business to meet Branch targets with excellent sales service.
• Provide excellent customer service to key customers over the phone, face to face in branch or via email to drive loyalty.
• Grow an active portfolio of current customers while proactively targeting and developing new customers into profitable accounts.
• Support the wider branch team, serving on the Trade Counter and assisting with picking/packing to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
