Job summary

Rexel, a global leader in electrical wholesale, is seeking an Internal Sales professional in Harlow. You will manage existing customer accounts and seek new business to hit branch targets, delivering exceptional service via phone, in-branch, or email.

You’ll build strong client relationships, understand individual requirements, and grow the portfolio while supporting the branch team to ensure timely order fulfilment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused sales role with targets.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and rapport.
• Delivery of excellent service over phone, in person, and via email.
• Self-starter who can identify and develop business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets.
• Provide excellent sales service to key customers by phone, in branch, or by email.
• Act as first point of contact for key accounts and grow the client portfolio.
• Support the wider branch team at the Trade Counter and in warehousing to ensure timely orders.
