Job summary

Rexel Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an Internal Sales Person for our Harlow branch. You will manage existing customer accounts, develop new business, and deliver an exceptional sales service across phone, in-branch, and email channels.

You will become the subject matter expert for your clients, build strong relationships, and contribute to achieving branch targets while supporting team activities in the trade counter and warehouse.

Qualifications

• Proactive in identifying opportunities and handling customer queries

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets
• Provide excellent sales service over the phone, in-branch, and via email
• Be the first point of contact for key accounts and grow their portfolio
• Understand client requirements, build rapport and expand client base
• Support branch team with trade counter duties and order fulfillment to ensure timely deliveries
• Contribute to achieving Rexel branch performance goals
