Essential Criteria
  • 3-4 years’ experience as an Electrical Engineer within Building Services
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Proven experience on residential or mixed‑use projects
  • Relevant qualification such as a Building Services MSc or a completed Building Services apprenticeship
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Desirable Criteria
  • Familiarity with design software such as Revit or Amtech
  • Understanding of UK Building Regulations and associated standards
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
