Interim Talent Engagement Lead £260pd

Role: Talent Engagement Lead - French Language required

Rate: £260 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)

Client: Major FMCG Organisation

Location: London (hybrid 1-2 days per week)

Duration: To July 2026 (scope to extend)

An exciting opportunity for an Interim Talent Engagement Lead to play a pivotal role in a global FTSE 100 FMCG organisation during a major phase of expansion in France. This is a chance to drive a high-impact talent agenda, supporting the business as it more than doubles its French headcount by mid-2026. You'll focus on commercial hires, powering growth across revenue generation, activation, and operations.

Responsibilities

You will partner with stakeholders, guiding them through decisions and processes, influencing, engaging, and holding the business to account.

Requirements
  • Experience in Commercial Hiring, ideally within a CPG / FMCG environment
  • French fluency is a must-have, ideally with prior experience hiring in France.
  • End-to-end experience, well versed with head-hunting, talent judgement, and talent assessment.
  • Strong stakeholder / manager engagement and influencing ability.
