We’re seeking a Strategic FBP who plays a pivotal leadership role, acting as the principal financial adviser to senior executives and service leaders while driving strong financial performance across their assigned business area. The role provides high-quality strategic insight, financial modelling and risk analysis to support major decisions, leads financial planning across revenue, capital and the balance sheet and ensures effective financial governance.

Key Responsibilities of the Strategic FBP

• Play a key leadership role within the Finance Management Team, providing strategic direction across all finance activities for an assigned business area
• Act as the lead finance partner for senior executives and service leaders, covering revenue, capital, balance sheet, financial reporting, monitoring and management accounting
• Provide challenge, assurance and high-quality financial advice to executive leaders, strengthening financial performance and governance
