A consulting firm is seeking a People & Culture Associate to support HR processes while they recruit for a permanent position. This role involves managing the employee lifecycle, overseeing systems and payroll, and ensuring a seamless experience from recruitment to offboarding. Ideal candidates will have experience in HR roles and an alignment with the firm's mission to eliminate lead poisoning. The position is full-time, hybrid, for a contract of 3-4 months starting January 2026, with rolling applications.
Altum is proud to be partnering with the Lead Exposure Elimination Project (LEEP) in its search for a new People & Culture Associate.
LEEP is an evidence-based nonprofit working to eliminate childhood lead poisoning, primarily by addressing lead paint, one of the most significant and solvable sources of exposure. Since 2020, they have launched programmes in 37 countries, supported governments in drafting and enforcing regulation, and secured major commitments from manufacturers. Their work has been recognised by USAID, WHO, UNICEF and others, and is consistently rated as one of the most cost-effective health interventions globally.
This role will provide urgent and immediate interim support while a permanent post-holder is recruited. The successful interim candidate will be encouraged to apply for the permanent post if of interest.
This role will report to the Head of HR and ensure that LEEP's people processes run smoothly, efficiently and consistently, contributing to a flawless employee experience from recruitment to offboarding. A true generalist role, you'll support with people administration and systems, recruitment, payroll data, and learning activities.
Altum is acting as a partner of LEEP and will be screening initial applicants on their behalf. To apply, please submit your CV below.
