Overview

A global media publishing business in London requires an accomplished commercial lawyer with in-house experience to join the legal team on a 12-month FTC basis. Reporting into the VP for Legal, you will negotiate and review a broad range of SaaS, licensing, procurement and other technology‑focused agreements.

You will support in relation to intellectual property and data protection queries as they arise, working closely with sales, procurement and media rights teams. The role is based in Central London with a hybrid setup requiring attendance in the office twice a week.
