Forest Care Selection are currently working with an established provider who have an opportunity for an Interim Home Manager to oversee their specialist care and nursing home in the Lincolnshire area.
This role will support with driving improvements and the development of the home and staff team.
The Interim Manager will need to have experience of the oversight of care and nursing home settings and leading these to Good outcomes with CQC.
This provider can offer a 6-12 month contract on a daily rate or fixed term salary basis.
