A leading finance consultancy in Greater London is seeking an interim FP&A Specialist to support growth and transformation. You will lead budget finalisation, coach the finance team, and enhance financial performance processes. The role involves delivering actionable insights to senior stakeholders and producing analytics for performance reporting. This contract lasts 3 months with potential extensions, offering a competitive daily rate between £700-£950. Immediate availability is preferred.

Overview

We are currently seeking an interim FP&A Specialist to support a critical period of growth and transformation. This is one of our brilliant PE-backed clients based in the city.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finalisation of the annual budget.
• Coach the existing finance team through improved forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance processes.
• Be central in meeting the increased demand for data insight and analytics from the PE owners, producing clear performance reporting, dashboards, and supporting scenario modelling.
• Provide senior stakeholders with clear, actionable financial insight in a fast-paced, detail-heavy environment.

Contract details

This contract is initially 3 months with a strong likelihood of extension, given the volume of work and opportunity for impact. We’re looking for a seasoned FP&A leader, someone commercially minded, technically strong, and capable of elevating the finance function.
