Job summary

A leading housing association in Manchester is looking for an Interim Fire Safety Consultant to lead fire safety compliance initiatives. This role requires someone with significant experience in social housing fire safety management and in-depth knowledge of fire safety regulation. You will oversee actions from Fire Risk Assessments, ensure compliance with the Fire Safety Order, and manage fire safety inspections. This is a critical role aimed at elevating fire safety standards across their residential properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing or residential fire safety management.
• Expert knowledge of the Fire Safety Order 2005 and related UK standards.
• Ability to oversee and complete actions from Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs).
