Qualifications

• Experience as Head of Finance, Financial Controller, or Finance Director.
• Strong background in managing medium-sized finance teams.
• Proven experience in the manufacturing sector is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts including P&L and balance sheet.
• Produce annual statutory accounts and liaise with auditors.
• Support month-end close, journals, reconciliations, and accruals.
• Lead and manage the finance team.
• Manage and forecast cashflow.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements.
