A leading Civil Service organisation is seeking an Interim Employee Relations Lead for a 4-month role in London with hybrid working. Ideal candidates should be able to provide expert advice on employee relations issues, manage investigations, and support HR performance. A strong understanding of employment law and ideally a MCIPD qualification is required. This position offers competitive pay around £250 per day, and you will work closely with HR Business Partners in a dynamic environment.

This is a great opportunity for an immediately available Employee Relations Specialist to join a leading Civil Service organisation.
You should be an experienced Employee Relations Specialist with a strong understanding of current employment law, ACAS codes and Civil Service-wide employee relations challenges. Excellent stakeholder management skills and a coaching mindset is essential. Ideally you will be MCIPD qualified and have worked in the Civil Service.
