• Assist with developing, managing and scheduling Changes with teams.
• Ensure Digital services are operating to expected levels.
• Support implementation of a new ITAM system.

Skills

Digital Service Management experience

Great communicator with solid problem-solving skills

Understanding of software development/testing (Scrum)

Experience managing Contracts & SLAs

Knowledge of TOPdesk, JIRA or similar tools

Education

Degree in IT / Business or suitably qualified by experience

ITIL Foundation (essential)

PRINCE2 or project experience
