A global Science‑led organisation is in the midst of a major HR transformation programme to simplify, standardise and automate HR processes, and improve productivity.
A central Transformation Office has been established, and they now need an Interim Change Manager to lead the change across People and Business Partnering Workstreams.
The Role
As Change Management Lead, you will own and deliver the change strategy for a large‑scale HR transformation. Working closely with the Transformation Office and senior HR leaders, you’ll drive adoption across multiple workstreams and geographies, ensuring the new HR operating model lands successfully.
This is a high‑impact role with real influence on how HR operates at scale.
