An established Insurtech company is seeking a Configuration Analyst to join their Product Delivery / Implementation team, focusing on configuring insurance products and workflows for clients. Qualifications

• Experienced in configuring insurance software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Configure insurance products, rating rules, workflows, and documentation.
• Implement new clients and deliver product changes for existing customers.
• Translate functional specifications into system configuration and rules.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and support UAT and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with BAs, developers, and client stakeholders.
• Maintain configuration documentation and support controlled change management.
