Location: Shrewsbury

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

Type: Family-run business

About the Role

This is a dual-role position offering variety and responsibility. You’ll be supporting the Managing Director with day-to-day administrative tasks while also handling key commercial insurance administration duties. You’ll be a vital part of a friendly team of 12, working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide PA support to the Managing Director, including diary management, correspondence, and meeting coordination
  • Handle commercial insurance documentation, renewals, and client communications
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Liaise with clients and insurers professionally and efficiently
  • Assist with general office administration and team support

  • Previous experience in insurance administration, ideally within commercial insurance
