£30,000 - £33,000 + OTE with overtime £45-50k + Van + Holiday + Pension
Are you happy working outdoors looking to establish a new career where you will receive ongoing training in a specialist industry?
Do you want to work for a market leading company in a role where you can massively boost your earning potential through overtime?
Having been established for over 50 years this company has set itself apart as the market leader within its sector and is now part of a larger national group. Operating internationally, it has seen consistent expansion and is now among the world leaders. With an ever‑growing portfolio of clients and contracts, it has grown from strength to strength, and continues to see ongoing year‑on‑year growth with extensive expansion plans moving forward. It is now looking for an additional Installation Operative to join its team.
In this role you will be responsible for attending sites around Berkshire, Surrey, and South Oxfordshire, covering a roughly 2‑hour radius from your home. You will be paired with a Supervisor and assist them on site to ensure the equipment is successfully installed. The role requires you to work overtime and an on‑call rota, meaning you will be doing a lot of hours during the week. However you are paid door‑to‑door for all travel, sleep time if called out overnight, and overtime rates for additional hours, meaning your earnings are massively increased. You will work on sites covering the surrounding areas so will be required to travel, and occasionally stay overnight. You will form part of the team responsible for installing and operating a range of heavy mechanical equipment on construction, environmental and heavy industrial project sites. Given the nature of the industry, the company is able to provide training on the specifics of their industry for the successful candidate; however some mechanical understanding would be beneficial, as well as a CSCS card.
This is the perfect role for someone looking to work hard, but be rewarded for it through overtime pay.
