Installation Team Manager – Renewable Energy Projects

Location: Bristol + UK-wide travel

Salary: Competitive + 30% Bonus + vehicle

Job type: Full-time, permanent

Ready to step into a key leadership role helping deliver major renewable energy projects across the UK? We're looking for an Installation Team Manager to lead multi‑site project delivery teams and drive the successful installation of critical electrical infrastructure.

What you’ll be doing
  • Lead and support installation teams across UK project sites
  • Oversee site delivery, ensuring safety, quality, budget and project timelines are met
  • Conduct regular site audits and ensure best‑in‑class H&S standards
  • Mentor and develop site teams, identifying skills gaps and training needs
  • Coordinate closely with site and project managers on resource planning and project progress
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team performance
  • Maintain clear communication between site teams and senior leadership
  • Ensure accurate reporting, documentation and commercial awareness on live projects
What we're looking for
  • Proven leadership and people‑management experience
  • Background in electrical or civils installation (HV / utilities / energy preferred)
  • SMSTS qualification (or willing to work towards it)
  • IOSH and management training desirable
  • Strong communicator with excellent organisational and reporting skills
  • Able to travel across the UK with occasional overnight stays
  • Full UK driving licence
