  • Prepare installation quotations and pro-forma invoices.

  • Maintain operational efficiency and vehicle maintenance.
  • Cover for national installation coordinator during absences.

Your role will be
  • Prepare installation quotations and pro-forma invoices, ensuring accurate costings and timely order processing.
  • Manage financial processes, including chasing stage payments and generating final invoices.
  • Coordinate procurement and logistics, ordering materials and machines, checking stock, and handling deliveries from France and Germany.
  • Handle client interactions, including responding to new customer enquiries, preparing handover packs, and addressing general queries.
  • Maintain operational efficiency, including arranging vehicle maintenance and supporting smooth day-to-day business operations.
  • Cover for national installation coordinator training plan for holiday cover, sickness cover and potential succession plan.
Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general computer literacy.
