• Insolvency / Restructuring Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE, strong technical knowledge of insolvency law.
• Experience with both contentious and non-contentious insolvency work.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Advise on all aspects of insolvency and restructuring.
• Provide legal counsel on contentious and non-contentious issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including lenders and creditors.
• Handle complex restructuring cases with clients.
