What you will do

Our primary objective is the growth of recurring revenue. The Inside Sales Team Manager role is a key position to directly lead a team of Internal Sales Advisors focused on driving deficiency sales. The Team Manager will be responsible for leading, coaching and driving the team alongside management of the workloads and development of staff.

  • Managing workloads
  • Meeting KPI’s

  • Setting individual Sales targets
  • Undertaking regular monthly individual 121’s
  • Leading huddles in the office and remotely
  • Involvement in presenting to leadership teams
  • Direct & indirect coaching of the team
How you will do it
  • Achieving team monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Achieving set KPIs
  • Coordinating support with quotes and customer communications
  • Championing key strategies/initiatives –strategy and pricing
  • CRM of the complete sales process and opportunity pipeline
  • Working closely with sales and service teams to generate/secure all potential orders.
  • Working closely with Head of Department to drive growth and strategy
