Position Overview: Are you a proactive and driven sales professional with a passion for customer engagement and revenue growth? We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Product Support team where you will play a key role in driving parts and service revenue through strategic customer outreach and relationship building. This position is based in either our Leeds or Glasgow office, with occasional travel to between the two locations.

Responsibilities
  • Incremental Sales Growth Proactively follow up on service and preventative maintenance reports to quote remedial repairs and identify other revenue-generating opportunities.

  • Inspection Follow-Up Engage with leads generated from FinCam inspection technology and other inspection reports to convert opportunities into sales.

  • Personal Development & Collaboration Attend regional meetings and collaborate with the regional sales team to enhance your knowledge and contribute to team success.

  • Lead Generation & Customer Engagement Maintain a regular call cycle with shared accounts, support field sales reps, process orders, and promote relevant campaigns and promotions.

You will also be accountable for:

  • Quoting and offering tailored solutions to customers

  • Following up on unconverted quotes

  • Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system

  • Building strong relationships with internal teams and external customers

  • Promoting all aspects of Finning’s parts and service offerings
