Our client provides life-changing medical services to their clients and is looking for a Sales Manager to join a small team, lead by example, and provide training, support, and motivation.

You will manage a team of approximately 8, comprising Sales, Customer Support, and Admin, to achieve their goals and reach their potential. They seek a candidate experienced with CRM systems to identify sales trends, find performance improvement opportunities, and use their training and mentoring skills to coach the team to realize their potential.

This is an office-based role working Monday to Friday (9 am - 6 pm), reporting to the CEO. In addition to managing the team, you will have your own call responsibilities.

The position offers an attractive base salary with an OTE of up to £50,000.
