A leading distribution firm seeks an Inside Sales Manager for its Telford office. This role involves leading and developing sales teams while ensuring performance metrics are met. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales management, experience with CRM tools, and excellent communication skills. The compensation package includes a competitive salary and various benefits such as holidays and a pension scheme.
Hours of Work – Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm (3 days minimum office based per week)
£30-£35k based on experience with a monthly bonus scheme offering an OTE of £20,400
We are looking to recruit an Inside Sales Manager to join our Inside Sales team at our Head Office in Telford.
The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing multiple teams within the inside sales operation, comprising SMB and Mid-Market sales teams. The role requires the effective management, motivation, and development of team members across varying roles (C-RAMs, R-RAMs, A-RAMs and D-RAMs), as well as the Mid-Market Inside Sales function.
