Overview

Job Description Summary

Become part of a winning team and help to deliver the Green Energy transition. Senior Innovation & AIML Operations Leader is responsible for driving the execution and tracking of strategic initiatives, incl. complex cross-disciplined programs that span multiple organizations and various stakeholders (e.g.: different).

You will be responsible for defining and executing programs, and tracking and monitoring execution, risks & opportunities to ensure program on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support the definition of AI / ML strategic roadmaps for Electrification.
• Drive the definition of the programs including milestones for AI / ML and Innovation Partnerships.
• Manage Risks & Dependencies between organisations.
• Define and implement processes for coordination between organisations.
• Owns tools and continuous improvement for the Innovation and AI / ML Electrification organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in science or engineering.
• Extensive and demonstrated years of professional experience including software development project management, risk management, strategy.
• Extensively established leadership credentials.

• Ability to influence a highly matrixed organization with varying levels of experience, competence and buy-in.
• The position calls for exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to motivate geographically and culturally diverse teams.
• You will combine strategic capability with a commitment to delivery, and the ability to be hands-on where required.
• Experience in Agile project management, Lean, Innovation methodologies (e.g. Design Thinking)
• Program Management capabilities for complex multi-business projects.
• Financial dexterity to manage business cases and support Product Management and Marketing in business cases definition.
• Collaborative team player able to work across businesses and geographies.
