Job Description:

The NOC (Network Operations Centre) Technician will provide administrative support to the NOC engineering team, ensuring incident resolution in line with procedures and contractual KPIs. The role involves working in a 24/7, 365-day shift rota.

What You’ll Do:

1. Handle incoming calls and emails, responding according to KPIs.
2. Create network incident tickets from customer reports.
3. Action Service Requests.
4. Allocate/despatch tickets to support teams and service providers.
5. Manage incident tickets with updates.
6. Organise traffic management, coordinating with providers and field resources.
7. Communicate with customers about network incidents.
8. Coordinate with utility companies regarding power-related network issues.

Who You Are:

You have previous experience supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, ideally within a NOC environment.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution.
• Strong communication skills for liaising at all levels.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office.
