Job Overview:

The NOC (Network Operations Centre) Technician provides administrative support to the NOC engineering team, ensuring incident resolution aligns with procedures and contractual KPIs. The role involves working within a 24/7, 365-day shift rota.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming calls and emails, responding according to KPIs.
2. Create incident tickets based on customer reports.
3. Action Service Requests.
4. Assign tickets to support teams, field engineers, and service providers.
5. Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
6. Coordinate traffic management activities with relevant teams and providers.
7. Communicate incident updates to customers.
8. Collaborate with utility companies during power-related network issues.

Candidate Profile:

Previous experience supporting enterprise and service provider networks, preferably within a NOC environment.

Key Requirements:

• Experience with 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution.
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise at all levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
