As a Network Operations Centre (NOC) Technician, you'll provide administrative support to the NOC engineering team, ensuring incident resolution aligns with procedures and contractual KPIs. The role involves working in a 24/7, 365-day shift rota.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and emails, responding in line with KPIs.
• Create incident tickets based on customer reports.
• Action Service Requests and allocate tickets to support and engineering teams.
• Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
• Coordinate traffic management with relevant providers and teams.
• Communicate with customers and utility companies regarding network issues.

Candidate Profile

Previous experience supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, ideally within a NOC environment. Skills in 1st Line diagnostics, incident resolution, and good communication are essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is required.
