Job Description:

Join our Engineering Team at Telent to innovate and develop solutions, working closely with technical experts dedicated to impactful work. Be part of a high-performing team managing complex, critical tasks to keep the nation's infrastructure connected and secure 24/7.

The NOC (Network Operations Centre) Technician provides administrative support to the NOC engineering team, ensuring incident resolution aligns with procedures and contractual KPIs. The role involves working on a 24/7, 365-day shift rota.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and emails, responding according to KPIs.
• Create network incident tickets from customer reports.
• Action Service Requests.
• Assign tickets to technical support, field engineering, and other service providers.
• Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
• Coordinate traffic management with providers, control teams, and field resources.
• Communicate with customers about network incidents.
• Collaborate with utility companies during power-related network issues.

Who you are:

Experienced in supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, preferably within a NOC environment.

Key Requirements:

• 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution experience.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
