This role involves supporting the Network Operations Centre (NOC) at Telent, ensuring incident resolution and network support within a 24/7 shift environment. Responsibilities include handling customer communications, managing incident tickets, coordinating with support teams, and liaising with utility companies to resolve network issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls and emails, adhering to KPIs.
• Create and manage network incident tickets.
• Coordinate traffic management and liaise with relevant teams and utility providers.
• Update and manage incident tickets, ensuring comprehensive documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience supporting enterprise and service provider networks, preferably in a NOC environment.
• Experience with 1st line diagnostics and incident resolution.
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
