This role involves supporting the Network Operations Centre (NOC) team at Telent, providing administrative support to ensure incident resolution and KPI adherence. The position requires working on a 24/7 shift rota to maintain the nation's critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming calls and emails, responding according to KPIs.
2. Create network incident tickets from customer reports.
3. Manage Service Requests and allocate tickets to support teams and service providers.
4. Maintain incident tickets with regular updates.
5. Coordinate traffic management and liaise with utility companies during network issues.
6. Communicate with customers about network incidents.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, preferably in a NOC environment.
• Proficiency in 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution.
• Excellent communication skills across various seniority levels.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
