OVERVIEW

NAD Group require a Senior Project Manager, ideally with an Infrastructure / Estates / Property Management background to work within the NAD Group Estates and Infrastructure Workstream. This is a workstream within the NAD Implementation Programme focussed on the design of the governance and management of the whole NAD Group Estate which is to be owned under NAD Group as a single entity from Apr 26.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Scope / Task Deliverables

The key deliverables are to ensure that, by April 26:

  • There is an agreed design for the NAD Group Estates/Infrastructure team in place to manage the combined NAD Group Estate requirement in terms of both Estates strategy and planning, routine Infrastructure maintenance, and workplace services, including provision of centralised Workplace Occupational Health and Safety and Security and standardised workplace business services approach in conjunction with the NAD Group HoE network.
  • There is a clear/agreed transition plan to move the current organisations/teams that provide Estates/Infra management in NAD Group current TLB structures under a central structure / team by Apr 26.
  • The Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to ensure critical capabilities, teams, and services to enable the NAD Group to stand up by Apr 26 is delivered on time; ensuring that key dependencies and risks are managed to ensure an effective transition with minimal disruption, working closely with wider NAD Group transition and people change teams. This will be, at the very least, the implementation of a central management layer in the NAD Group (scope dependent on agreed design).
  • Development of a standardised approach to workplace service delivery for the NAD Group, to ensure continuity of service is in place for organisations moving into the NAD Group from elsewhere. Ensure requirements for formal transfer of ownership and work from external organisations is captured and supported.
  • Support the wider NAD Group work to identify services that can be improved or automated in moving to the new model (longer term improvements for delivery after April)
  • The role will involve the planning, scheduling and management of risks, issues and dependencies, reporting, and other project controls tasks as required in support of Project team and PMO.
