The team is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer (Remote) to maintain and optimise core systems, support cloud and on-prem environments, and contribute to continuous service improvement. This role will involve troubleshooting complex technical issues, implementing upgrades, and ensuring service reliability for key clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver BAU support and maintenance across customer environments.
  • Contribute to service improvement initiatives alongside other engineers and Technical Leads.
  • Assist with solution development based on designs and documentation provided by Technical Leads, Architects, and Delivery Managers.
  • Actively maintain and work towards technical certifications in relevant Microsoft products.
  • Participate in the on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support.
  • Follow change control processes and ensure all work is carried out to a high standard.

Skills/Must have:

  • Windows Server (including Active Directory Domain Services, DNS, Group Policy, DFS, DHCP)
  • Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) – AZ-900 required, AZ-104 desirable; other Microsoft certifications a bonus.
  • Microsoft 365 administration.
  • PKI, Exchange, and related Microsoft infrastructure components.
  • Exposure to scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Puppet, Docker, or equivalent).
  • SC Clearable

Salary:

  • £38,000 Basic Salary Per Annum
