Job summary

Influential UK, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a Social & Influencer Strategy Director to lead integrated social and influencer strategies for iconic brands. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to turn data and cultural insight into connected campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.

You’ll shape strategies, mentor a growing team, and influence client discussions with senior stakeholders while aligning with Publicis Groupe capabilities and the creator economy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading social and influencer strategy for complex, multi-channel campaigns and high-profile brands.
• Strong ability to translate data, insights and cultural trends into clear strategic recommendations.
• Experience building and managing senior client relationships with confidence and collaboration.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing programme delivery, budgets, scopes and resourcing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction for integrated social and influencer programmes across key client accounts, ensuring brand and business objectives are met.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, providing strategic counsel and insight-led decisions.
• Develop culturally relevant strategies informed by audience behaviour, creator trends, social listening and performance data.
• Partner with creative, activation, social and media teams to create connected campaigns for engagement and impact.
• Define measurement frameworks and evaluate performance against objectives, spotting opportunities for growth.
• Support new business opportunities and organic account growth with compelling strategic responses.
• Mentor and develop a growing team of strategists to foster collaboration and high-quality thinking.
