Influential, part of Publicis Media, in the UK is seeking an Influencer Strategy Director (Maternity Cover) to lead strategic thinking across a key client. You will merge culture, social, media and data to deliver creator-led campaigns with real impact, partnering closely with Publicis Groupe capabilities.

You’ll drive integrated influencer strategy, guide senior client discussions and collaborate with creative and media teams to shape distinctive, high-performing programs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to set strategic direction for complex social/influencer campaigns.
• Strong storytelling skills and curiosity about culture, creators and social platforms.
• Experience building relationships with senior clients and guiding decision-making.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

• Own and deliver integrated social and influencer strategy for a key client, linking cultural insight to measurable outcomes.
• Set strategic direction and turn data signals into focused recommendations and opportunities.
