Publicis Connected Media UK is hiring an Influencer Account Director to lead ambitious UK and global creator programmes. You’ll turn client objectives and cultural insight into influencer work, working with strategy, social, paid media and production teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in influencer, creator, social, content or media agencies.
• Ability to lead senior client conversations and manage expectations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end influencer delivery and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior client relationships across complex influencer programmes.
• Translate objectives and insights into practical influencer recommendations.
• Plan responsibilities, milestones, budgets, dependencies and approvals.
• Guide teams through creator selection, contracting, content development and reporting.
• Oversee campaign quality and performance, flag risks early.
• Link influencer activity to KPIs, media plans and business goals.
• Shape pitches and growth opportunities from campaign learnings.
