Job summary

Influential, part of Publicis Media, seeks an experienced Influencer Account Director to lead senior-level influencer programmes across the UK. You will shape strategy, manage client relationships and oversee delivery across complex campaigns, ensuring strong commercial results and innovative creator-led approaches.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record of delivering influential campaigns for major brands in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in influencer marketing and creator marketing for complex client programmes.
• Strong understanding of influencer campaigns, talent management and compliance.
• Ability to translate audience insight and platform behaviour into strategic recommendations.
• Clear, collaborative client communication with sound commercial judgement.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex influencer programmes with senior client counsel and internal stakeholders.
• Turn objectives and audience insight into focused influencer strategies and practical recommendations.
• Create operational plans covering responsibilities, milestones, budgets and approvals.
• Guide creator selection, contracting, content development and measurement.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams and provide actionable feedback.
• Link influencer activity to media plans and business outcomes with compelling storytelling.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and develop scalable creator formats.
