Job summary

Influential UK, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks a Creative Strategy Partner to lead the strategic and creative engine of the business and shape how influencer strategy drives brand growth.

You’ll define Influential UK’s POV on creators, platforms and culture, oversee high‑quality client work, and build governance and best practices while leading a high‑performing strategy team with cross‑functional partners.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in influencer marketing strategy and creative leadership.
• Proven track record of winning business through ideas.
• Strong understanding of creator ecosystems, platforms and content formats.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing strategy teams.
• A clear and confident point of view on the future of influencer marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy & creative function, setting the vision and standard across client work and pitches.
• Own strategic quality and storytelling on major pitches, driving improved win rates.
• Oversee strategic output across key clients, ensuring consistent, high-quality thinking.
• Define Influential UK’s strategic point of view on creators, platforms and culture.
• Build and implement governance, frameworks and best practice across the function.
• Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing strategy team.
• Partner closely with Client Services, Activation and Growth teams to drive commercial success.
