• Proven experience managing large-scale industrial refrigeration or cooling projects.
• Strong understanding of refrigeration technologies, ideally including ammonia (NH3) and CO2 systems.
• Strong project management skills with experience in planning, risk management and resource coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycle, including planning, design, installation and commissioning.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, milestones, budgets and resource requirements.
• Coordinate engineering, design and installation teams, as well as specialist subcontractors.
