Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a pharmacist, preferably in a GP Surgery.

• Knowledgeable in handling blood results and e-consultations.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions and manage medication queries.
• Provide advice to multidisciplinary teams and monitor patient therapies.
