What You'll Do
- Manage online referrals with prompt response times
- Provide short-term, solution-focused counselling (3-12 sessions)
- Connect with diverse clients facing varied workplace and personal challenges
- Maintain comprehensive case documentation and feedback
- Collaborate with our Provider Services team on risk management
Essential Requirements
- Accreditation : BACP / UKCP / COSCA / BPS / NCS / BABCP or equivalent
- Alternative : Diploma-level qualification + 3 years post-qualification experience + 450+ counselling hours
- Approach : Experience in short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models
- Supervision : Regular professional clinical supervision arrangements should be in place
- Insurance : Professional indemnity (minimum £1,000,000)
- Compliance : ICO registration as Data Controller
Ideal Experience
- Previous EAP experience preferred but not essential
- Assessment and support planning expertise
- Short-term counselling interventions with workplace focus
- Understanding of organizational dynamics and work-life challenges
- Knowledge of local therapeutic resources and referral pathways
- IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, online systems)
