Education for Industry Awards (Part of EFI Group) – Remote / Home‑based – Freelance (outside IR35) – Flexible hours as required.

About Education for Industry Awards

EFI Awards provides trusted assessment services to the fashion and retail industry. As an independent offshoot of the Fashion and Retail Academy (part of the Education for Industry Group), we value educational excellence and industry responsiveness. EFI Awards is a specialist End Point Assessment (EPA) organisation that delivers independent assessment to apprentices at the end of their programme. All proceeds are reinvested into the EFI Group charity, which aims to inspire and develop the next generation of talent.

About the role

We are seeking Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Practitioner Assessors to support the development and assessment of the Level 4 Apprenticeship standard at EFI Awards. Ideally, candidates have experience in end‑point assessment for this standard and bring strong, relevant occupational experience.

About you

Qualifications:

  • A relevant qualification. An assessor qualification would be ideal, although not essential.

Experience:

  • Delivery and/or assessment of the L4 Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (CRS) Apprenticeship and occupational experience of CRS in the workplace.

Expertise:

  • Experience developing assessment materials, including exam questions would be ideal.

Skills:

  • Relevant, current, or ongoing industry experience in Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability, and experience of making grading judgments and applying assessment frameworks.

This role is remote/home‑based.
