Overview

Location: Plumpton, Lewes BN7 3AE

Salary: up to £28,039 (pro rata)

Hours: 18.75 per week

What you’ll be doing
  • Providing administrative support to the Inclusive Learning and Development Lead and wider ILD team
  • Coordinating all aspects of EHCP annual review processes and SEND-related meetings
  • Liaising with tutors to gather reports and ensure timely preparation of review documents
  • Acting as a point of contact for parents and external professionals, managing communications with care and professionalism
  • Maintaining accurate records and audit trails of correspondence and meetings
  • Organising and managing internal support meetings and related paperwork
  • Overseeing ILD registers and supporting the development of systems to capture and report on impact data
  • Managing schedules for team roles and key processes
  • Contributing to marketing and communication updates
